..and THANK YOU both for this excellent podcast! Lots of great information and validation. I have some friends who don't understand the concept behind giving up gluten products, Any chance the two of you could discuss the science behind it?
  • Good suggestion! We know it works to remove them, but we'll have to read up
on the science a bit more before we do a video.

    Thanks!

As someone who used to drink three POTS of coffee every day, I can confirm wholeheartedly that "flipping" to a green drink does the trick. This particular change in my behavior was (and continues to be) the most amazing of all. Even after the cleanse, I sometimes found myself going downstairs...putting on a pot of coffee...and then totally ignoring the coffee because I craved the green drink even more! I don't just juice my greens, though. I puree them, keeping the fiber, and add herbal green teas to them to help with the water factor. I LOVE the CLEAN program. I'll never go back to eating the way I used to eat.
  • Well said! Thanks for the thoughtful comment.

Wow, thank you so much for this video and for addressing every little worry of mine in detail come completion of my detox.
I'm liking this "flipping"-its such a simple concept but once given its name and purpose it stands out that much more and will help me make smarter choices all together after the cleanse.
I cannot tell you how many times my friends suggest a place to go eat and then they're say, "Oh, but after your detox" and the first thing through my head is the fear of reintroducing something and it coming right back up. I think its very important to stress patience before, during, and after the detox, which I am still learning about, but happy for the process. Amazing video!

This is terrific. I feel like I often speak a different language than the rest of my world because I experience all of the things that you have talked about. I gave up Gluten and dairy 3 years ago. My dairy allergy healed but I still limit it to sheep and goat dairy. However, the wine was shocking. It has taken me just over a year to come to accept that my body is no longer tolerating wine. It throws off my whole center of being, yet it was such a big part of social life. I think the last time I had some was about 1 month ago, I just did another two week cleanse and I feel like I will not go back to it again. Each time I cleanse it seems to bring about a conscioussness, there is a spirituality to it, growth everytime. This feels huge, I am not needing to say never, it just feels good right now and that is enough.
  • Well done John! You shared some fantastic information here brother!
